Welcome to Hidden Valley Range. By using our range and facilities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of our services, facilities, and property. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Eligibility

To become a member of Hidden Valley Range, you must meet the following requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.
Provide proof of shooting experience and proficiency (if applicable).
Complete a range orientation and safety training session.

Membership is subject to approval, and we reserve the right to deny or revoke membership at our discretion.

2. Membership Responsibilities

Compliance with Range Rules: All members must adhere to Hidden Valley Range’s safety guidelines and range rules at all times.
Liability Waiver: By becoming a member, you agree to sign a liability waiver releasing Hidden Valley Range, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage occurring on our property.
Guests: Members may bring guests, provided they are registered in advance, sign a waiver, and adhere to all safety protocols. Guests must be accompanied by the member at all times while on the property.

3. Safety Guidelines

Safety is our top priority. All members and guests must follow these safety protocols:

Eye and Ear Protection: Proper eye and ear protection is mandatory at all times while on the range.
Firearm Handling: Firearms must always be handled safely, with the muzzle pointed in a safe direction and the action open when not in use.
Alcohol and Drugs: The use of alcohol, illegal drugs, or controlled substances on the property is strictly prohibited. Violators will have their membership revoked immediately.
Supervision: No children under the age of 9, and children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and may not handle firearms without proper supervision.

4. Range Usage

Reservation Requirements: Members must reserve range time in advance, particularly for specialty courses or extended shooting periods. Reservations can be made through our online portal or by contacting our office.
Range Limits: Each shooting station or lane has specific limits on distances and types of shooting (e.g., precision rifle, handgun, etc.). Please adhere to posted rules for each range area.
Cleanliness: Members are responsible for cleaning up their shooting areas, including disposing of spent brass, trash, and targets. Please leave the range in the condition you found it.

5. Liability and Assumption of Risk

By using the facilities, you acknowledge the inherent risks of participating in shooting activities, which may include but are not limited to injury, death, or property damage. You assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur as a result of your use of the facilities. Hidden Valley Range, its employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries or damage caused by misuse of equipment, negligence, or failure to follow safety rules.

6. Membership Fees and Renewals

Annual Membership Fee: Membership fees are due annually and are non-refundable. Fees may vary based on membership tier. Members will be notified of any changes to fees prior to renewal.
Late Fees: Members who fail to renew their membership on time may be subject to late fees or suspension of access to the range until payment is received.
Termination of Membership: Hidden Valley Range reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership for failure to comply with range rules, non-payment of fees, or other actions deemed unsafe or disruptive.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during the membership application process or usage of our facilities will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of Hidden Valley Range will be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Montana, rather than in court. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you waive your right to a jury trial.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Hidden Valley Range reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and members will be notified by email of significant changes. Your continued use of the range after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
